1. Use of the Tool

Bilancora provides an online platform that helps you organize and monitor your company balances and related records. You may access the tool for internal business purposes only. Unauthorized reselling or sharing of access credentials is prohibited.

2. Services

Our services include setup, customization, training sessions, and ongoing support. Appointments are scheduled based on availability. You may request changes up to 48 hours before a session.

3. Information Products

We offer downloadable guides, templates, and tutorials designed to complement the use of our tool. These digital products are delivered via direct download links upon purchase.

4. Goods

Bilancora may sell branded merchandise or printed materials related to our platform. Physical items are shipped to the address you provide at checkout.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

All service bookings may be rescheduled or transferred to another date up to 48 hours before the scheduled time, subject to resource availability. If you cancel with at least 48 hours’ notice, you may apply your payment toward a future service session. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled session are non-refundable due to the allocation of personnel and preparation costs.

5.2 Information Products

You may request a refund for digital products within 14 days of purchase, provided you have not downloaded or accessed the file. Once a file has been downloaded or a link has been used, the sale is final and non-refundable due to the immediate delivery of content.

5.3 Goods

Physical items may be returned within 30 days of receipt if they remain unused and in original condition. To initiate a return, contact our team using the link below. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. You may also opt for an exchange or store credit if preferred.

6. Modifications to Terms

Bilancora reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the site after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bilancora and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or services.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any dispute shall be resolved in the courts located in Toronto.
